| Casts |
We make casts of
single objects, skeletons, but in particular of surfaces with prints, even
in extreme conditions: our rubber can catalyze between -20 and + 40° C, even
immersed in water at any angulation, vertically or lying under overhanged
surfaces.
Here are some of our works:
|
Dogna (Udine, Italy) On a sloping and humid surface some archosaurian trackways belonging to the upper Triassic have been found. The Environment, Archeology, Monuments and Fine Arts Office of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region (Italy) has given us the task to build the cast of the surface and then to remove it ( see 'Extraordinary Works' page). |

|
Cast of a perpendicular stratified surface made for the aquarium of the Civic Museum of Rovereto (Trento, Italy). |

|
Osoppo (Udine, Italy) Preparatory works for the cast of a surface with footprints of horses, rhinoceros and antelopes in the Pontic period. In this case the difficulties of the operation were due mainly to the extremely rough and porous surface made of very coarse and conglomeratic sandstone. |
